Apartment house of S.O. Kitner

The landmark is located on the Fontanka River embankment and was built around 1903. The author of this building was S. Kitner, who came from Germany and in 1826 purchased a three-story house, to which he later added a fourth floor and opened a lamp workshop. In 1848, the building was leased by the Department of Railways. The building consists of two buildings, the upper floors are built in brick style.
