Shibaev Manor

The date of construction is considered to be 1770. In the 1870s, the house was acquired in its own right by the merchant S. Shibaev. It was from this moment that the transformation of the building began. The three-storey building is decorated with many bright decorative elements, the central part of the building protrudes slightly forward. The window openings of the second floor have a carved frame, the top of the building is crowned with a semicircular tower. The building also has monogram inscriptions with the initials of the owner. It is a city landmark.
