The estate of I.K. Prove
Detailed description
The estate was built at the end of the 18th century and became famous thanks to its last owner, Ivan Karlovich Prova, who was a famous Moscow merchant and philanthropist. The Prove Estate has a classical-style building connected to a large two-story building. For many years there was a hotel, a library and a theater. Now the entire estate is occupied by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia), but its historical and cultural interest has not been lost. It is included in the list of cultural monuments of Moscow and is a valuable example of architecture of the XVIII century.
