Detailed description
The historical building, which was erected in 1847-48. It is a monument of urban planning. The facades of the house were designed by architect Leonid Vladimirovich Fotin according to the models that were created in 1840. The architectural style of the building is dominated by eclectic elements, as well as elements of classicism. The main features of the building are: horizontal belts, a developed cornice and arched window frames. The color scheme consists of a combination of ochre with white details.
The frameless building has longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls. The surface of the walls is made of brick. Arched windows with brick lintels. The roof is hip-mounted, with wooden rafters.
