Detailed description
The mansion was built in 1850-1851 in the architectural style of the Neo-Renaissance. It was built for honorary citizen L.S. Zaeshnikova. The house has two floors, with a high ground floor. The facade is decorated with plaster. After the 1917 revolution, the building was nationalized and government organizations were located in it. The Vesna Mansion is included in the register of cultural heritage sites of the peoples of the Russian Federation of regional importance.
