The House of Prince M.A. Golitsyn
Detailed description
A three-storey stone mansion is located on the Fontanka Embankment. Since 1812, Prince A.N. Golitsyn became its new owner. The main facade of the building is made in strict classical forms with rounded corners. The lower floor was presented as a basement. All the front rooms are located on the second floor. The lobby has preserved the interior decoration, which was decorated with columns of the Corinthian order. White marble fireplaces have been preserved in some rooms.
