The house was built in 1910. The building is a three- to four-storey stone building. The walls are plastered and painted beige. The windows are large and made of wood. The building's plan is close to a rectangle. The building is crowned with a pitched roof made of metal profiles. There are several balconies. Now the decorative elements of the exterior and interior of the house are well preserved. Currently, it is an apartment building, and various organizations and institutions are located on the ground floor. Nearby is the inverted house of Samara and the church of Faith, Hope, Love and their mother Sofia.
