The tenement house of Baron F.R. von Bistrom

In 1900, the apartment house of Baron F. R. Von Bistrom was built. The building was built before the revolution, and in Soviet times it was used as a dormitory for workers of the Kirov factory. The rooms are located in a corridor with 44 rooms. The kitchen in the house was one and consisted of 11 stoves, one burner per family. The yellow color of the walls and the lack of sound insulation. In 2009, the house was declared an emergency and resettled. The Mimigranta Theater is still located on the ground floor.
