Apartment house

The apartment building was built in the early 20th century by architect D. A. Werner. The owner of the house was a Samara merchant Grigory Dolgashev. The house is built in the Art Nouveau style. The wide windows of the central facade are decorated with arches with floral ornaments. There is a ledge on the roof with the monogram of the Apartment Building owner. In 2012, it was recognized as an architectural monument of regional significance.
