Residential building of E.A. Parshina
Detailed description
The building was built at the end of the 19th century. It was built for E. A. Parshina. The building is located on the corner of the block. In construction, the architect adhered to such an architectural style as eclecticism. A sufficient number of stucco decoration elements were used. There are extreme openings on the facade, which are lined with pilasters of the composite order. Rectangular window openings are decorated with architraves and sandricks, there are inter-floor and window sills. The walls are decorated with stucco in the form of vegetation and flowers. Attached to the building are brick arched gates, which have survived to this day with wrought-iron tracery. Shutters and blinds were lost in the process of rebuilding and renovation. The house is covered with a four-pitched roof from above. The building has been given the status of an architectural monument.
