The noble estate, which belonged to the Stroganovs since 1751. The male branch of the family was interrupted by the great-grandson of Sergei Grigorievich. After that, in 1828, the Alekseev merchants became its owners, who set up a textile factory here. At the same time, the manor was rebuilt with the addition of a second floor. At the beginning of the 19th century, the architect A. N. Voronikhin lived in the estate, who designed all the famous Stroganov mansions and mansions. The cottage served mainly for living in the summer, so it had a small number of outbuildings. Currently, the main manor house of the Counts Stroganov is a monument of history and culture of federal significance. Only an external inspection is available.
