The interweaving of tram tracks
Detailed description
In 1865, a tunnel was built in the Syromyatnicheskiy Passage, which ran under the railway tracks of the Kursk direction.
Since the overpass was built, it has never been rebuilt. It is the only place in the capital where tram traffic is carried out in a reverse direction. This is a single-track tunnel. This structure is located under the railway. To date, trains of the Moscow Central Diameter run along two of the six tracks.
