The estate of the Duma clerk Averky Kirillov was built around the end of the XV century, in the city of Moscow. The estate building originally belonged to the statesman Ivan Bersen-Beklemishev. Then the estate passed into the possession of the duma clerk Averky Kirillov. Later, public associations were located in the building. The building is currently in good condition.
