The estate of the merchant O.A. Poluektov
Detailed description
The house on Rabochaya Street is a two-storey building, originally semi-stone. It is located along the red line of the street. The history of the place where the building is located begins at the end of the 19th century, when the first owner was O. A. Poluektov, a Samara philistine. In May 1898, Poluektov applied to the city council for permission to build wooden corridors on the east and west sides of the existing semi-stone building, as well as to build a second wooden floor on the existing stone services. In addition, it was planned to build a firewall along the eastern border of the site. At the beginning of the 20th century, the place was sold to Neklyudov. In 1921, the building was nationalized and used as housing.
