It is an L-shaped building with two floors and a hip roof in the spirit of eclecticism. The walls of the house are built of red clay bricks, the facade is decorated with shovels. The window openings are completed with platbands with straight sandriks. In 1879, the land with the house was owned by the merchant A.S. Arzhanov. Later, his son A.A. Arzhanov became the owner. In the courtyard of the house there was another wooden house, a stone laundry, a cellar and a carriage house. Both houses were rented out.
