The apartment house of A. F. Nuychev is located near the House of Greenberg in the city of Samara. It is a three-storey corner building with several balconies. The facade is decorated with stucco. The building was erected in 1904. Currently, the building houses the Samara Technical Lyceum, as well as the Museum of the November 7, 1941 Parade.
