The house of the philistine A. Kuzmin
Detailed description
The two-storey mansion on Sadovaya Street belonged to the Kazan philistine Alexander Kuzmin. He acquired this place at the very end of the 19th century. In 1901, he petitioned the city council with a request for construction. In 1915, there is an entry about this house in the salary book of the city. The Kuzmin family was evicted from the mansion during the revolution, and then the house was municipalized. During the Great Patriotic War, the Kuzmin mansion was occupied by the US military mission.
