Greenberg House

The Greenberg House is an architectural monument of regional significance. It was built in the early 20th century by Moses Abramovich Greenberg. Poor zemstvo doctor Grinberg moved to Samara in 1898. His business took off, and he acquired a plot of land for construction. Initially, he built a small one-story building, part of which he occupied as a hospital. Some of the premises were rented out. In 1912, the building was rebuilt. By this time, Greenberg was a doctor of medicine, and his mansion became known as the Greenberg Apartment Building. The mansion is a striking example of late eclectic architecture. It is a brick three-storey building with a multi-pitched roof facing the southeast corner. The facade is decorated with bay windows, balconies, and many decorative elements. Now the Greenberg house is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance. The building was renovated in 2018.
