Detailed description
A five-storey house in the Art Nouveau style, decorated with stucco and bas-reliefs. It was built in the early 20th century by architect F.I. Lidval according to the design of engineer E.F. Meltzer. Such famous people as the inventor of the gas turbine, P.D. Kuzminsky, the sculptor V.V. Lishev, and the geologist P.M. Tatarinov lived in the house. Nearby attractions include the Urusov Apartment Building and the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, built in 1738.
