Detailed description
The wings of the Dobrolyubovsky house were built according to the design of architect G. I. Kiesewetter. The project was approved in St. Petersburg on March 25, 1838. The entire site is fenced with a metal grating: the sketch of the fence was made according to Kiesewetter's drawings; drawings from 1848-1853 recorded in the Nizhny Novgorod archive depict a stone house and outbuildings that were wooden.
