Detailed description
The residential building of the step-down power plant was built in 1933 according to the design of architect A.K. Barutchev in the constructivist style. The building is made of brick with five floors. The main architectural decoration of the building is the columns installed near the entrance to the building, made in a gray tone. It is currently an architectural monument and is used as an apartment building with a large number of apartments.
