Rope shop with a water tower of the Krasny Nailer plant
Detailed description
The rope shop with the water tower of the Krasny Gvozdilshchik plant was built according to the design of architect Yakov Chernikhov in 1930. The building, designed in the constructivist style, is rightfully one of the masterpieces of industrial architecture. The extended low volume of the workshop and the angular correlation of the water tower show a clear contrast to the executed composition of the building. Longitudinal lanterns and metal trusses are the basis of the appearance of the upper part of the building. In 2014, the rope shop with a water tower was awarded the status of a monument of regional significance.
