Apartment house of A.A. Eremeeva

Among the buildings located at the end of Velsky Prospekt on Vasiliev Island, a large red brick neo-Gothic house is most noticeable. The building was built in 1903-1905. The most notable details of the house are two bay windows of complex shape. One of them, crowned with a conical tent, adorns the corner of the house. In the summer of 1906, Lenin spoke here at a meeting of the Social democratic organization of the Baltic Factory.
