Residential building of N.I. Paltsov

The building is a two-storey stone house with a rectangular plan, elongated towards the courtyard. It has two large arched gate openings at the ground floor level. At the ground floor level of the main facade, on the garden and courtyard sides, there are two large arched gate openings. The facade is made of exposed brickwork and is richly decorated in a "pseudo-Russian" eclectic style. The central axis of the main facade is emphasized by a rather elegant and tall attic with intricately patterned brickwork.
