Detailed description
The house is a monument of urban planning and architecture of regional importance.
The composition of the building: built of stone, with two floors, T-shaped, with a basement, has two different volumes. The western volume was founded in the 18th and 19th centuries, has an elongated appearance, and is located on the red line of the avenue. The eastern volume is two-storeyed and lowered, was founded in the 19th century, and is perpendicular to the western one. Triangular firewalls are placed on the gable roof. The facades of the building are plastered and painted. There are eclectic elements in the decorative design. At the top, the walls are completed with a developed frieze, which alternate with rounded rosettes and molded medallions.
