Detailed description
The building was built in 1977 for the needs of the Telegraphic Agency of the Soviet Union (TASS). At first, it was planned to build a skyscraper with 25 floors, but eventually the project of a nine-storey building was approved. The huge windows with rounded corners resemble televisions and occupy two floors, which makes the building seem like a four-story building. The house has the shape of a parallelepiped. The TASS logo, a metal globe, is placed above the entrance. The news agency still operates in this building to this day.
