The mansion and the sculpture shop of R. Ginkeldeyn was built in 1882 according to the project of the engineer Shalamov Vladimir Grigorievich. Previously, the building had two floors. Currently, the building has 5 floors. The main entrance has a mosaic inscription "1881 and 2", which commemorates the beginning of the construction of the building.
