Architectural monument Mansion of Simono

The architectural monument was built in 1898. The house was built for the owner of a silk-spinning factory, French entrepreneur Hector Frantsevich Simoneau. In front of us is a two-story building covered with a tiled roof and a tent. The building has pipes and balconies of various types, which makes it more attractive. The decorative decoration of the building gives the appearance of a Russian chamber. As a result, this building has a second name - the House-terem.
