The residential building of architect Zholtovsky is located in Moscow. The house was built in 1940-1949. The architectural style has been defined as "Renaissance". The building is an eight-storey rectangular building, cream-colored. Visually, the upper half of the house is slightly lighter than the lower half. The facade is decorated with decorative inserts. In 1950, the architect was awarded the Stalin Prize for the creation of this house. The Soviet economist E. S. Varga and the tectonic geologist N. S. Shatsky lived in the house.
