Detailed description
The house was built in 1902 by architect A. I. Kovsharov in the style of early classicism. The estate is located on the banks of the Malaya Nevka River. Before the war, the building housed a children's labor colony. And in the 1930s, J. V. Stalin lived here. Subsequently, the building was empty for many years and was set aside for restoration. Now the manor is used for private evenings.
