Apraksin 's House
Detailed description
The site on which the building is located has changed hands many times and changed owners. In 1901, the cottage passed to the actress of the Imperial theaters E. L. Leonova. Designed by architect A. I. Kovsharov, a two-story mansion with an eclectic tower was built. The project was created taking into account how the mansion would look from the opposite bank of the Malaya Nevka River.
