Novinsky Manor
Detailed description
Originally, the estate of Captain A.E. Engelhardt was located on this site. In the early 1860s, the estate was owned by the wife of honorary citizen V.A.Novinskaya. The wooden building was rebuilt several times, and in 1913, her granddaughters ordered the construction of a new stone house. The main entrance to the building is located on the east side, marked by a semicircular rotunda. During the Soviet period, the building was used first as a children's sanatorium, and then as a tuberculosis hospital and clinic.
