V.M. Bekhterev's house
Detailed description
In December 1913, permission was received for the construction of the house. The first plans were drawn up by architect I. Padolsky. In July 1913, V.M. Bekhterev signed a contract with contractor M.S. Grachev for the construction of a two-story wooden house and stone services, but construction was postponed. In February 1914, civil engineer M.I. Davyshin designed a house in the neoclassical style and received permission for its implementation.
