The House of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior
Detailed description
A monument of urban planning and architecture of regional importance, subject to state protection. The building was erected in 1901 as the House of the Parable, which housed office apartments intended for clergymen who worked in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. It is a four-storey rectangular red brick building with a figured attic floor, mezzanine windows on the roof and figured attics. The highlight of the building is the high window of the staircase, located above the main entrance.
It is planned to convert the building into an elite multi-storey residential building with the preservation of the exterior.
