One of the Moscow city estates is the Bruce House, built in 1770. It is located on the corner of Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street and Brusovy Lane. This building is built in the classical style. Previously, single-storey chambers stood on the site of the estate. Subsequently, the territory of the house increased due to the acquisition of nearby lands. After the death of Yakov Bruce, his daughter was the owner of the estate. The estate was reconstructed several times by subsequent owners. It has been a cultural heritage site since 1960.
