Karataev - Morozov City Estate

The building is the mansion of the director of the Board of the Partnership of manufactures "Vikula Morozova and sons". The architectural style is eclectic, the building was built in 1884 according to the design of architect A.Kaminsky. Later, the building was reconstructed by architect Shechtel, and in 1905 by A. Erichson. The building has a rich stucco decoration and is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
