Apartment house of P.A. Skopnik

The apartment building was presumably built in 1906-1908 . Its unusually interesting facade overlooks three streets: Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya, Spiridonovka and Vspolny Lane. After the revolution, there were communal apartments in the house. By the 1980 Olympics, they were all settled. Currently, the house houses luxury apartments. It is an object of cultural heritage.
