Detailed description
The house-commune of architect Nikolayev is located near Donskoy Square. The construction took place in 1929-1930. Nikolayev embodied the idea of a student house-commune in architecture. The sleeping building was built in a steel frame. In 1996, the hostel was resettled. The building was empty for a long time, but in 2007-2017 the hostel was renovated.
