S.P. Gorstkin's House - N.V. Tolstoy's Apartment House - The Mansion of the Duke of Leuchtenberg

The house, which was built in 1711. Originally, there was a stone house with two floors, located in a basement with a high porch. Most likely, the house was rebuilt many times, as in 1869 it was described in the deed as a three-story house with classical facades and pilasters. In 1869, the house was rebuilt again, two massive balconies appeared on the facades, the windows were decorated with relief architraves, and the entrance to the building was moved and an attic was installed. The building was designed by architect Kavos Ts.A..
