Detailed description
Major B.P.Sheremetyev's estate was previously located on the site of the house. In 1900, architect A.E. Erichson built a two-story mansion for a German citizen, V.V. Richter. The corners of the building are highlighted by massive blades. The central windows are united by three arches, with a small attic above the cornice. Today it is a platform for art lovers, as well as a library, a radio office and much more.
