Shevaldyshevsky farmstead
Detailed description
In 1779, the property of Lieutenant General Rzhevsky was located on this site. In 1824, merchant Shevaldyshev's trading building was built. The building had a complex plan, which in old Moscow was called a "comb", and deep basements. A hotel has occupied some of the premises here. Now the hotel is no longer there, but the building remains a commercial one way or another. It currently houses a business center, shops and cafes.
