The house of F.S. Rokotov
Detailed description
F. S. Rokotov's house is located within walking distance from Malyutinsky Garden. In the 18th century, there was a wooden mansion named after the Russian artist F. S. Rokotov, where the artist's workshop was located. This house was a one-story building built in 1786. The second floor was completed in the 19th century. During the construction, nothing was provided from the decorative elements, only on the sides of the house there are structures similar to columns. In 1836, the main building of the estate was demolished, and the house of V. F. Svyatlovsky was built in its place. The two-storey building, which has survived to this day, is an object of cultural heritage of federal significance.
