Archive of the State Council
Detailed description
The Archive of the State Council, created in 1926, is located next to the Moika River. The building in which it is located was designed by architect M. E. Mesmacher in the Neo–Renaissance style, one of the forms of eclecticism of the 19th century. This archive was created simultaneously with the State Council. It is here that various documents that appeared during the work of various commissions and committees are stored.
