The residential building of the Guards Corps headquarters was built in 1883-1884 according to the design of architect H.I. Greifan..The building is brick with four floors, decorated with brick decorations and arched windows.  Earlier on this site, where the building is located, there were estates of broker Zimmerman and Lieutenant General Alexander Romanovich Bruce, built in the middle of the XVIII century.  Currently, the building is an architectural monument.

Жилой дом штаба гвардейского корпуса был построен в 1883-1884 годы по проекту архитектора Грейфана Х.И..Здание кирпичное в четыре этажа, украшенное декорированием из кирпича и арочными окнами.  Ранее на этом участке, где  располагается здание, были усадьбы маклера Циммермана и генерал-поручика Александра Романовича Брюса построенные  в середине XVIII века.  В настоящее время здание является памятником архитектуры.
