The estate of P.A. Drittenpreis — A.L. Lyubushin

P.A. Drittenpreis became the owner of the estate in 1886. A one-story stone house with an ornate facade in the form of stucco. The Latin letters P and D. are clearly visible in the monogram on the pediment. P.A. Drittenpreis was a famous architect of that time, who worked mainly in the eclectic style. After 1905, the architect sold his property to psychiatrist Alexander Lyubushin. The property was adapted to the needs of a medical institution.
