The main house of the city estate of M.G. Spiridov – F.K. Ruchardt – O.G. von Schiman hospital

The Spiridov-Ryuhardt estate is located in Moscow, Tigansky district. This landmark was built at the beginning of the 20th century, on Matvey Spiridov's own territory. The building is made in the Empire style. The area of the estate is three thousand square meters. Matvey Spiridov's family lived in it for a long time. Subsequently, the building was leased by Oskar Heinrich von Schimany, a physician, and the building underwent eclectic renovation.
